Hello, my name is Rūta and I have been working in early education for 8 years now. I also have a bachelor's degree in English philology. I am passionate about making learning fun and engaging for children and believe that it isn't enough for a nanny to just watch them. While working with children I prioritize emotional wellbeing and emotional intelligence over the idea of "they need to know this now", because children who are happy and confident do better academically in the future. I'm passionate about making a difference and bringing happiness and confidence to children. ❤️
