2.3. Location data. With your permission, the App collects your device's precise and approximate location (GPS). Location is used while you are actively using the App to show nearby childcare requests and connect you with families in your area. During an active booking, the App also accesses your location in the background to update arrival times and to support safe and accurate childcare session tracking. You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings; some features may not work without it.

Approximate location relevant to a booking may be shared with the other party to a booking (e.g. a family and a childcare provider) to facilitate the service.

5.1. Users have the right to access, rectify, supplement, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data.

6.1. Personal data is retained as long as necessary for service provision or until the user requests its deletion.

6.2. Location data collected during a booking is retained only as long as necessary to provide and document the service, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
